Observing Nature’s Mastery With Trees

I am a nature lover and enjoy observing minute details about trees. When I go for a walk I look at the various trees quite intently and if I find their shape interesting I take some photographs even though I am not a professional photographer.

When I was a little girl my aunt presented me with a book on trees. I kept the book with me safely for years and only now gave it away. In it were many photographs of trees and this brought interest in me about watching trees and thinking about them.

I understand that just like a human being has genetics, trees, and flowers are also based on genetics. If a tree has some kind of ‘looks,’ most of the trees of the same species are likely to look like that.

If the tree’s genetics show that it will be long and slender, most trees will look almost the same. The shapes of the leaves and their colors will also be the same in that group. No wonder all pine trees have the same look and features and so also banyan trees will have protruding roots and several roots will shoot out of it.

Banyan trees are very noticeable because they grow for many years and have many roots. Pines can also be recognized but many trees names I do not know. If they are labeled it is easy but most…
