Dr.Mehmet there are so many things available today that you can do but then you cannot enjoy at all having too much discipline in ones lives. Sometimes it is socially not possible to sustain it. A few changes in lifestyle is fine but 16 things everyday would make it impossible for me. I am so glad and appreciate the fact that you are able to manage and do it regularly.
